Cotten's Closet - Vintage Fashion in Indy</a>

A few weeks ago I had the honor of attending a cute little Vintage Pop-up Shop & Swap in Indy! I was invited by the owner of Cotten’s Closet, Chase Cotten, the organizer and host of the event. He got together with his pals in the vintage thrift industry here in Indy and decided to host this amazing event for the public to enjoy! Some of the vendors that attended the event are Arondite Vintage, Classic Buffalo/ Vintage Indy, The Prop Shop, Welch Vintage and Fly By Thrifts! You guys… these shops are AMAZING! Each one with their own style, story and purpose under one roof… just an incredible idea if you ask me!

I obviously had to take a look around at each vendors selection and I have to say if hubs and I weren’t on a no spend at the time I would have left with much much more than I did. From old school college hoodies, to naturally distressed jeans, to vintage handbags and more… you could find it all here.

Thrifting is a sustainable way to curate a one of a kind wardrobe on a budget. Chase and our other local vintage shop owners make it almost to easy for us to do just that! This event was easily a one stop shop to completely transform your wardrobe while still being easy on the wallet.

I’m happy to report that Chase did tell me that this would hopefully be the first of many events like this and he wasn’t lying because there are already more on the books for you guy to check out!

If you’re interested, there is another pop-up shop coming September 19th from 11 - 4 and will be held at Rebel Vintage Indy! Cotten’s Closet will also be attending the “This Must Be It” event which is Indy’s biggest pop-up market event on October 16-17 at Sun King Brewery - College Ave Location!
