Fitness Things I Think You'll Love

I know I’m not the only one who has new fitness goals every New Year! So far, I’ve been loving some new things that are helping me reach those goals (…and I would be lying if I didn’t say that some new gym outfits didn’t get me hyped to workout)!

A few things I’ve found recently & LOVE:

  • Weighted Jump Rope - Have you seen that jump roping girl on TikTok because WOW! Impressive and SO motivating!

  • Regular Jump Rope - …because sometimes weighted can be too much.

  • Converse No Show Socks - obviously good athletic shoes are super important; but it’s also important to protect your feet INSIDE the shoe (trust me, you don’t want blisters to ruin your workout). These socks are the perfect balance between comfort and performance.

& my tried and true favorites:

  • Fabletics Activewear - I LOVE Fabletics! Plain and simple. Best activewear I have ever tried! We even partnered with them back in the Yoga Fire days!

  • A Tight Belt Bag - Running outside is super easy with one of these. I simply cannot run with my phone in my hand and keys in the other… it just never works out; so these things are a lifesaver!

  • Apple Watch - The BEST way to track your workouts (even if you don’t have an iPhone)!

  • Adidas Running Shoes - I haven’t found a brand that I love better for running shoes. I used to be obsessed with Nike; however… well… things change, ya know! My heart now lies with Adidas. NMDs, Joggers, and Ultraboosts, specifically!
